Liz Parsons, a psychology major, taught elementary school for thirteen years in Canada. Thinking she could no longer bear to watch small children distractedly suck dangling, loose front teeth, Liz made the move to an advertising agency, where she headed up client services. The birth of two sons, Ted and Marshall, launched Liz into her favorite career: stay-at-home mom. Liz and her husband Steve live in Sarnia, Ontario, with their Labrador retriever, Chip. Ted and Marshall (now grown up), share an apartment in Toronto. On occasion, they remember to call home.
